Will’ comes from hospitality background with extensive 12 years experience. Will’ is the Managing Director of Taste To Taste and Water Edges and managing both companies. Since establishing Taste to Taste and Waters Edge, Will’ expertise in Modern Australian food industry  is extensive. Will’ has worked with many reputed establishment as Restaurateur such as Eastlake Group Canberra, Temora, Condobolin, Narromine RSL Clubs, Belconnen Soccer Club and Parkes Leagues Club for several years.



From very young age Will was inspired by the idea of being successful in Hospitality Industry. After careful research, he decided that the best way forward was to get train in Hospitality industry from Australia and moved to Australia. According to Will’ the secret behind the success in Food Industry is to understand the expectations and requirements of every client, Provide High standard quality food and convey extra ordinary Service all the time and keep updating yourself with latest Industry trends. 


Will’ expertise in Restaurant industry has seen Water’s Edge in top 10% around the world for year 2020, 2021, 2022 and receive Traveller Choice award and have been awarded with Chef Hat in year 2022 & 2023.

Executive Chef Avtar Singh (Av)


Avtar (Avi) was born in India  and started his career as a chef in Sydney 2009. After years of travelling around Australia , Avtar decided to settle in Canberra . He is motivated to keep the ideas  and creativity in the Menu evolving by regularly communicating with farmers, producers and artisans about what they have that excites them. As Avtar was farmer in India that is why he is still passionate about farm and gardening. Avtar use his own organic garnish for many dishes from his garden. He believes in his authentic style which is fusion of Indian spices with Australian Produce, Avtar has a dream to open a restaurant where will only use all organic ingredients from his own garden.
